The Design Committee is scheduled to meet as listed below, however dates are subject to change without notice. All review requests and required fees must be received by the Foundation office and logged-in on or before 12:00 noon the Thursday prior to the scheduled meeting. The Committee will review a maximum of twelve (12) submittals each meeting. Any submissions received beyond the limit of twelve (12) will be logged in the order in which received to the next scheduled meeting. Submittals will be reviewed and a written response of the Design Committee results will be mailed within 10 days of the scheduled meeting.

Meetings will be held at the Roxborough Park Community Center. Notices of any change in location for the meetings will be posted on the mail pods and the Roxborough Park Foundation website. Meetings are scheduled to begin at 12:00 p.m.
