The Community Directory

The only time we publish email addresses in the Community Directory is when prior permission is provided in writing by the Member.

Although the Foundation does not knowingly distribute this information to non-owners, the Foundation cannot guarantee release outside the Homeowner’s Association as we do not have the ability to control use by owner recipients of the Directory.

"Personal information" is information which is directly associated with a specific Member or individuals in a Member household, as well as information about activities that are directly linked to a specific person. This type of information may include your e-mail address, name, home address, or telephone number.
The Roxborough Park Foundation HOA does not publish personal information of its Members without prior permission from that person. (except in the case of BOD Minutes.) The personal information that is made available on our publicly accessible website is related to contact information provided by the Member for a community related activity, committee, or event. (Personal information is also provided in Board Meeting Minutes (It is a legal requirement that minutes are published publicly.)

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data to be published on the website, this information may be collected and used by others.

There may be some information that is obtained by the Foundation that is also found in other records of the Association, and to the extent it is part of other records of the Association, it may be subject to inspection by owners since owners have a right to inspect records of the Association if for a proper purpose.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

“Echoes ‘Round the Rocks” (Echoes). is a subscriber based, electronic newsletter sent bi-monthly to Members of the Roxborough Park Foundation website who have requested in writing to the RPF office that they would like to receive the Echoes distribution. You may unsubscribe from the Echoes newsletter at anytime by either an unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by contacting the RPF office.
The Echoes is distributed via the Roxborough Park Foundation website, www.roxborough–park.com. We intend to protect the quality and integrity of your personal information. The Roxborough Park Foundation HOA has implemented technologies and security policies to protect the stored personal data of our users from unauthorized access, improper use, or alteration.
Roxborough Park Foundation HOA employees and independent contractors who have access to personal data are obliged to respect the privacy of our Members and the confidentiality of their personal data.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act); we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, newsletter, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Roxborough Park Foundation HOA will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and Member feedback, or if Foundation practices change, technology changes, or as the Foundation adds services and/or features to the Site.
