The budget is ratified by a vote of the Board of Directors in November and the results are announced at the November Board of Directors meeting. A ratified budget means the new assessments are defined. Assessments are mailed the first week in December.
Assessment payment options:
- Payment in full by January 1 of the New Year.
- Payment Option Quarterly ACH. This option must be renewed each year. A form is sent with the assessment statements. This option is only available until January 1 of the New Year. The Foundation charges a quarterly fee for this option.

NEW RESIDENT FORMS are available at the RPF office or by email, fax or regular mail.
I am a new resident, how do I get Park information?
Once the Foundation receives your title information a “Welcome” letter is mailed to the address on the Warranty Deed. Along with the letter are forms to fill out and return to the Foundation. The forms are New Resident Information, Mail Box Registration, and Vehicle Registration. These forms are available at the RPF office, or by email, fax or regular mail. RPF has chosen not to make these forms available online to help ensure the legitimacy of the information we receive.
Your welcome packet is available at the main office.
Mail from the Foundation is still going to my old address. How do I get my mail delivered to the correct address? The address listed on your title, or the address you provide on your New Resident Form, are what we list your address for mailings. If you moved from that location you must inform the Foundation in writing of your new address. The Foundation cannot officially change your address without a written communication from you, the owner, stating the change of address. It is the responsibility of the resident to keep the Foundation informed of their current address.
Change of Name on the Deed. If there is a name change or addition on the deed then copies of this change should be sent to the main office so that our files can be updated. It is the responsibility of the resident to keep the Foundation informed of any changes.

VEHICLES (CARS, TRUCKS, VANS, MOTORCYCLES) STICKERS AND TEMPORARY PASSES |
VEHICLE REGISTRATION FORMS are available at the RPF office or by email, fax or regular mail. All resident vehicles must have a sticker for their vehicles. A copy of this form and a copy of each vehicle registration are needed.
Why a sticker?
Vehicle stickers are a convenient and safe way to keep track of the vehicles in the Park. Should something happen and you as a resident need to leave your vehicle parked on the side of the road, a simple sticker number check or license plate check with the staff will let Maintenance know the owner’s name and then a call will be made to the owner. RPF has the authority to tow abandoned vehicles; having the ability to contact the owner may avoid the necessity for towing. How do I get a new Park sticker for my car?
In order to receive a new sticker for your vehicle please mail, fax, or bring in a copy of your vehicle registration to the RPF office and a new sticker will be issued. Special arrangements can be made for mailing or sending Stickers to the Entry House if you are unable to come to the office during our working hours. A colored temporary hang-tag will be issued if you do not have the registration. Your copy of the dealership’s temporary license is not considered a registration. A vehicle registration is the official documentation received from the state.
Can I get a Park sticker if my car has an out-of state registration? Yes, as long as you are a resident of the Park and have some documentation stating this fact. A copy of the out-of-state registration is required to receive a sticker. Once the vehicle is registered in Colorado please provide a copy of the revised registration to the RPF office so we can update our files.
What if I sell my vehicle? Once you sell your vehicle you must report the sale to the RPF office so the vehicle can be removed from your list. Please peel the old sticker off the vehicle and destroy it.
Can I peel off the old sticker and place it on my new one? Do not just peel the old sticker off the vehicle and place it on the new vehicle. These stickers are not meant to be reused.
I just replaced my windshield, what do I do to replace the sticker? Notify the RPF office and provide the information about the vehicle. We will verify the information in our files and issue a new sticker.
How do I get a temporary pass for my vehicle? Homeowners need to call the main office at 303-979-7860. A colored temporary hang-tag will be issued. The tag color is only good for a 60-day period (changed on even months) and must be returned to the Foundation. Once you receive your new registration, please send a copy of your registration and the tag back to the Foundation.
I purchase a brand new vehicle and need a sticker but I don’t have my Colorado registration yet. In order to receive a new sticker for your vehicle please mail, fax, or bring in a copy of your vehicle registration and a new sticker will be issued. A colored temporary hang-tag will be issued if you do not have the registration. Your copy of the dealership’s temporary license is not considered a registration. A vehicle registration is the official documentation received from the state.
Homeowners with only a copy of the dealership’s temporary license need to call the main office and request a colored temporary hang-tag until their new plates and registration arrives.
My temporary pass lapsed and I still don’t have my registration, what do I do?
Homeowners need to call the main office and request an exchange of the temporary hang-tag to the new color.
