The Roxborough Park Foundation is composed of five Directors elected from among the property owners of the Park. The Board President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and a Member at Large each serve a staggered 3-year term. Elections are held each year in February. With an annual budget of more than $1.2 million dollars, and a full time staff of 8 people, the Directors- all volunteers- meet twice a month and give more than 30 hours a month to set policies for the Park and provide guidance to the General Manager regarding the operation of the Foundation. Each of the officers of the Board serve also on an oversight comittee or focus on overseeing a specific area of the Foundation's business. These areas of oversight include Administration, Legal, Design Review, Finance, Budgeting and Accounting, and Properties.
